Add your signature in Gmail

Set up your new signature in Gmail in a few clicks. It takes about a minute.

    Build your signature in the generator and click “Copy to Clipboard”.

    Open Gmail, then click the gear icon in the top-right and choose “See all settings”.

    On the “General” tab, scroll to the “Signature” section and click “Create new”. Give it a name.

    Click inside the signature editor box and paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V). Your signature appears with its formatting.

    Under “Signature defaults”, pick it for new emails and replies if you want it added automatically.

    Scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes”.

If your signature pastes as plain text, use the “Copy to Clipboard” button in the generator — it copies formatted HTML — then paste again.
